Should you have a co-payment, coinsurance payment, and/or deductible payments, you will be fully responsible for paying them. If you are out-of-network, I can provide you with a superbill that contains information needed by your insurance carrier that you can submit for possible reimbursement. Every insurance policy is written differently, so it is important that you speak to your insurance carrier regarding out-of-network mental health coverage.

Effective January 1, 2022, a Federal ruling went into effect called the “No Surprise Act”. This requires a “Good Faith Estimate” be provided to those who are uninsured or utilizing self-pay.
